Summer Camp Billing Policies

 

TUITION DUE DATE

Camp tuition is due upon receipt. Payment plans may be made available on a case by case basis.

ATTENDANCE

Campers unable to attend an entire camp session will be required to pay the total tuition. Scheduling arrangements can be made if your child is only able to attend one week of a two-week session. One week campers in a two-week session will still be required to pay for the full two weeks.

LATE FEES

A $10 late fee will be assessed to all accounts with a balance due by May 10, 2021.

RETURNED CHECKS

A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

REFUNDS

Full refunds of deposits are offered until May 1, 2021.  A 50% refund will be offered for any cancellation after May 1; exceptions may be granted for serious medical reasons. Campers on a payment plan will still be responsible for 50% of camp tuition if they cancel after May 1st.

DISMISSAL OF CHILD FROM PROGRAM

STLRS maintains a strict “Zero Tolerance” policy in regard to physical or verbal abuse, theft, vandalism, and the use of any and all illegal substances. Any student found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the camp and no refunds will be issued.

AFTER-CAMP CARE

After-camp care is available from 2:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Please do not leave your child at Rock School without prior notification. A sign-up sheet will be left on the front counter, and you may register your child for after-care by signing the sheet or by emailing Rock School. Your child must be signed out upon pickup, and please notify Rock School if your child is being picked up by someone else.
