Rock the New Year: Join a Band at STL Rock School!
The new year is here, and it’s the perfect time to try something exciting—playing in a band! At STL Rock School, we’re kicking off 2025 with open sign-ups for our rock band programs, and we want YOU to be part of the experience. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced musician, there’s a place for you in our community of talented and passionate performers.
Why Join a Band? Playing music with others is one of the best ways to grow as a musician. It teaches teamwork, builds confidence, and, most importantly, is a lot of fun! Our students don’t just learn songs—they develop real-world performance skills, collaborate with their bandmates, and take the stage in front of live audiences.
What to Expect at STL Rock School: When you sign up for our band program, you’ll be paired with other musicians at your skill level, guided by our expert instructors. Together, you’ll pick songs, practice, and prepare for exciting live performances throughout the year.
Here’s what you’ll get:
- Weekly band rehearsals with professional coaching
- Hands-on experience playing rock, pop, blues, and more
- Opportunities to perform at real venues
- A fun, supportive music community

From our Music Baby program for the youngest rockers to Kidzrock for ages 4 to 6, to our thriving middle school/high school bands, and even adult bands—there’s something for everyone. We welcome musicians of all ages to find their perfect fit and start rocking out!
No Experience? No Problem! If you’re new to playing music, don’t worry! Our instructors are here to help you every step of the way. We’ll teach you the skills you need to rock out on stage, whether you play guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, or sing.
